To exercise your right of withdrawal you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract. Before the withdrawal period expires (14 days), you are required to inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract. For this you may use the standard withdrawal form mentioned in the returns section, or you may make any other unequivocal statement setting out your decision to withdraw from the contract and specifying the products purchased. We will then confirm receipt of the withdrawal form without delay, on a durable medium.
The withdrawal period for private individuals is 14 calendar days.
The withdrawal period for companies is 48 hours.
The product must be returned with all the accessories it was delivered with, with the original labels intact, the original warranty certificate and all the documents supplied with it. If the products being returned came with gifts, those must be returned as well, in the same condition in which they were delivered (with no signs of wear or fitting). The returned product must be in the same condition in which it was delivered. If the product is returned in a condition in which it can no longer be sold as new, www.AutoDrop.ro reserves the right to charge a fee for restoring it to its original state (where possible), or to cover the price difference resulting from selling the product as second-hand, or ā at the customer's choice ā to send the product back at the customer's expense.
The value will also be reduced if the product shows signs of permanent fitting in the dashboard (for example scratches and/or damage to parts of the product caused by recessing it into the dashboard, cutting wires, or fixing screws and metal or plastic clip-in frames). Depending on the degree of wear, a reduction of between 15% and 50% of the amount paid will be applied.
