This is the interface
Apple CarPlay, on your car's own screen.
The MOSERA module adds Apple CarPlay and Android Auto on top of the original system, without changing anything in the dashboard. Connect your phone and maps, music and calls appear on the factory display.
⚠
Please note
The image above is an illustration of the interface, shown on a demo display. In your car the CarPlay menu will appear on your own factory screen — same size, same bezel, same place in the dashboard. The factory screen is not replaced and nothing is cut out.
Smartphone connectivity
CarPlay for iPhone. Android Auto for Android.
Both, wireless or over a USB cable, in the same module. You switch between the car's original system and your phone with a single command, and the steering wheel and console buttons stay active.

MODULE
MODULE
A box the size of a book, hidden behind the dashboard. It connects to the plug between the head unit and the screen, plus power and CAN. No wire is cut and it can be removed at any time, leaving no trace.
Parking assistance
Reversing camera, with guide lines.
The module supports an AHD 720p reversing camera. The module has two AHD camera inputs, so you can add a front camera for manoeuvring as well. The image comes up automatically when you select reverse and is shown on the factory screen.
⚠
Please note
The photo is an illustration of the feature. The camera image will be shown on your car's factory screen, at its own size and in its own bezel.
What you actually get

Nothing lost
What stays exactly as before
The module adds, it does not replace. All factory functions remain available.
The screen
The original dashboard display, same size and same bezel. Nothing is cut out.
The iDrive controller
The rotary knob and console buttons keep working, including inside CarPlay.
Steering wheel controls
Volume, next track, answer a call — they all keep working.
The factory navigation
The iDrive maps, the radio and the car settings stay intact. You switch between them and CarPlay.

Check before ordering
Which cars it fits
The module is made for the CIC unit, with a 6.5", 8.8" or 10.25" screen. What matters is the multimedia system, not just the year: the same car can have CIC, NBT or NBT EVO, depending on the build month and trim.
Same module, several cars
The module is the same for every car with CIC. We publish a separate listing for each model only so you can find it faster and be sure it fits — but the same product also covers 12 more models from the list below. If you own two cars from the list, one module can serve them in turn.

Identifying the factory system
Which system does your car have?
The same car model could leave the factory with several multimedia systems. What matters is the unit, not the year. Look at the on-screen menu and at the plug behind the unit, then compare with the images below.
Not sure which system you have?
Send us a photo of the factory menu on your screen by e-mail or on WhatsApp and, if you can, of the software version screen of the factory unit. We check compatibility before you order and confirm the right variant.

Good to know
The module fits the CIC unit. Separate variants exist for NBT / NBT EVO.
An AHD 720p camera can be connected to the reversing input.
We recommend installation at a specialist workshop. It does not involve cutting the wiring, but it does require removing the console to reach the plug between the head unit and the screen.
Frequently asked questions
FAQ
Do I have to remove the original navigation?
No. The module sits on the cable between the head unit and the screen. The factory system stays installed and working, and you switch between it and CarPlay.
Does CarPlay work wirelessly?
Yes, wirelessly over WiFi and Bluetooth. There is also a USB cable option if you prefer to charge the phone at the same time.
Can I use the car's controls in CarPlay?
The rotary knob and console buttons keep working, including inside CarPlay. The steering wheel controls stay active as well.
Does Android Auto work too?
Yes, in the same two ways — wireless or wired. You also get screen mirroring for iOS and Android, and HUAWEI HiCar.
Can it be removed if I sell the car?
Yes. The installation is fully reversible, with no cutting in the wiring. The car returns to factory condition in a few minutes.
How do I know which system I have?
From the on-screen menu and from the software version of the factory unit. If you are not sure, send us a photo by e-mail or WhatsApp and we will confirm it for you.
