Does fitting require bodywork changes?
No. The camera comes built into the brake light housing, which is replaced as a complete part, using the factory fixings.
How can I be sure it fits my car?
The year of manufacture is only the first filter. On the Ford Transit Connect the rear part changed at facelifts too, without the model name changing. Send us a photo of the number plate light or the tailgate handle and we will confirm the right version.
Will it work with the head unit I already have?
It has an AHD 1080P output, switchable to NTSC/CVBS. In practice that covers both recent Android head units and older units.
What is it like at night?
The lens is glass, with a true 155-degree angle, and works from 0.1 Lux — it copes on the tail-light illumination alone.
